About Ebony
Ebony Brock is a woman of faith, a leader, and a communicator. She is also a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, and a friend. All of these roles live together in her, shaping how she sees the world and how she shows up in it. They ground her and keep her aligned with what truly matters.
Ebony knows what it means to begin again and to stand in the middle of what was while preparing for what will be. She believes that some people look at a mess and see failure, while others see possibility. Her life and work are guided by the belief that God does not waste anything, not the rubble, not the stretching seasons, and not the moments that demand more than expected. She has been challenged, tested, and called to lead in new ways, and each time she reaches what feels like the edge of her capacity, the Lord reminds her that grace is already there. Prayer is her strategy, and intention is her posture.
Ebony cares deeply about people and the stories they carry. That curiosity has long shaped how she listens, leads, and makes sense of the world. She is drawn to human behavior, healing, and the work of wholeness. Not perfection, but wholeness. The kind that comes from doing your work, telling the truth, and living in alignment with who God created you to be.
Ebony holds a degree in Psychology and is an ordained Elder. She currently serves as an Executive Director and has spent years leading in faith-based, nonprofit, and community-centered spaces. Her work is informed by both professional training and lived experience, grounding her leadership in compassion, clarity, and care.
Ebony believes in leaving spaces, people, and situations better than she found them. This belief guides how she lives and how she leads. The work is not always clean or easy, but she knows when she is on assignment and remains committed to seeing it through. She leads with compassion and clarity, communicates with intention and truth, and shows up with courage, especially in spaces where dignity, justice, and humanity must be protected. She does not believe people need fixing. She believes they need space. Space to breathe, to reflect, and to become. Whether she is speaking, facilitating, coaching, or simply listening, this is the posture she brings with her.
Ebony is the wife of Jesiah Brock and the mother of Jedidiah. She loves the ocean, lavender, the arts, laughter, and the small sacred moments of everyday life. These relationships and rhythms shape how she leads and remind her that leadership is always human before it is strategic.
Everything Ebony does connects back to what she calls The Freedom Life, a life rooted in truth, obedience, courage, and alignment with God’s purpose. Freedom, to her, is not escape but wholeness. It is living without fear of what once tried to define you and choosing, again and again, to seek God’s best.
If you are here, Ebony’s hope is that something you read or experience reminds you that freedom is possible for you too and that becoming whole is sacred work.
For this cause, she prays.
