About Ebony

Ebony Brock is a woman of faith, a leader, and a communicator, and a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. These roles live together in her. They shape how she sees the world and how she shows up within it.

She knows what it means to begin again. To stand in the middle of what was while preparing for what will be. Her life and work are grounded in one unshakeable belief: God does not waste anything, not the rubble, not the stretching seasons, not the moments that demanded more than expected. Prayer is her strategy. Intention is her posture.

Ebony holds a degree in Psychology and is an ordained Elder currently serving as an Executive Director. She has spent years leading in faith-based, nonprofit, and community-centered spaces. As Founder and Chief Compassion Officer of Compassion Over Condemnation LLC, she serves individuals, organizations, and communities through speaking, consulting, grant writing, coaching, and facilitation always through the lens of compassion over condemnation.

She believes people need space — to breathe, to reflect, to become. That is the posture she carries into every room.

Ebony is the wife of Jesiah and the mother of Jedidiah. She loves the ocean, lavender, the arts, laughter, and the small sacred moments of everyday life.

Everything she does connects back to The Freedom Life, a life of truth, obedience, courage, and alignment with God's purpose. Freedom, to her, is not escape. It is wholeness.

If you're here, her hope is simple: that you leave knowing freedom is possible for you too.

For this cause, she prays.
